The studio
Training in the middle of Siegburg.
Our training room is in the S-Carré, a two-minute walk from the main station. No rows of machines and no queuing: a fixed appointment, your own dry-electrode suit and a coach who stays with you for the whole session. The InBody body analysis is part of it.

For over 19 years we've worked with people at our head office in Siegburg. Our experienced EMS coaches look after beginners, people coming back to training after surgery, people with back and disc problems, and ambitious athletes preparing for competition. There is no standard programme here: every training plan is built individually and is continuously adjusted and refined on the basis of regular InBody analyses.
